The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is Supply Of Active Electrical Energy And Selection Of A Coordinator Of A Balancing Group At Low Voltage Level For The Needs Of Mbal Sveta Petka Bulgarska Eood, Town Of Nova Zagora, Which Aims To Ensure The Supply Of Low-Voltage (Lv) Net Electrical Energy According To Freely Negotiated Prices, According To The Law On Energy (Ze), The Rules For Trading In Electric Energy (Ptee) And The Rules For Measuring The Quantity Of Electric Energy (Pikee). In The Scope Of The Order Also Includes Performing Functions Of Coordinator Of A Standard Balancing Group, With Full Administration Of The Information Flow With The Electricity System Operator Ead (Eso Ead) And Assuming The Costs For Imbalances. A Contract For Combined Services Will Be Concluded With The Selected Contractor, According To Art. 11, Item 10 Of Ptee In Connection With Art. 20 Of Ptee - Purchase Of Electricity And Payment For All Used By The Contracting Authority As An End Customer Services: Access To The Power Transmission And/Or Power Distribution Network, Transmission Of Electrical Energy Through The Power Transmission And/Or Power Distribution Network” (Network Services) And Responsibility For Balancing, As Well As Settlement Of Relations In Connection With The Statutory Fees Obligations To Society, Power Provided, And Excise Duty. Estimated Consumption In Mwh Of The Contracting Authority For The Contract Period /12 Months/ Is Approximately 300 Mwh. Failure To Meet Or Exceed The Specified Consumption Does Not Lead To Termination Of The Contract.
