The Present Public Procurement Is Divided Into Two Separate Positions: Separate Position No. 1: Construction Of A Modern Material And Technical Base And Provision Of Medical Equipment And Furniture For An Outpatient Clinic For Outpatient Care And A Consultative Medical And Social Unit In The Village Of Leskovets, Oryahovo Municipality Separate Position No. 2: Construction Of A Modern Material And Technical Base And Provision Of Medical Equipment And Furniture For An Outpatient Clinic For Outpatient Care And A Consultative Medical And Social Unit In The Village Of Gorni Vadin, Oryahovo Municipality. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Following Activities: In The Implementation Of This Public Procurement, Contractors Should Be Appointed For The Construction Of Outpatient Clinics For Out-Of-Hospital Medical Care By Carrying Out Current Repairs Of Existing Premises On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Oryahovo In The Village Of Leskovets And The Village Of Gorni Vadin. The Constructions Fall Under The Hypothesis Of Art. 151, Para. 1, Item 1 Of Zut, Namely: A Building Permit Is Not Required For: 1. Ongoing Repair Of Buildings, Structures, Facilities And Installations; 2. Ongoing Repair And Maintenance Of The Elements Of The Technical Infrastructure Under Art. 64, Para. 1, Which Does Not Change The Route And Technical Characteristics. The Repair Works Planned To Be Carried Out Include Repair Work On The Interior, Plasterboard On The Walls, Replacement Of Old Wooden Windows With New Pvc, Replacement Of Plumbing Without Changing The Cross-Section Of The Pipes And Replacement Of Lighting Fixtures.
