Quotation are invited for Maintenance and Repair of Generators for the Benefit of PReCA Ø Electronic submission of bids "will not" be permitted. Ø Late bids (received after the deadline) will not be accepted. 7. Bids must include a bid security, denominated in FCFA or in a freely convertible currency, in the amount of one hundred and fifty thousand (150,000) CFA Francs. 8. Bids must include: - a letter of submission addressed to the Project Coordinator; - a valid certificate of tax compliance; - a valid, dated certificate of eligibility for public procurement; - a valid certificate from the State Judicial Agency; - a valid certificate of social security contribution compliance; - a certificate of registration in the Trade and Personal Property Credit Register; - a certificate of non-bankruptcy; - the Bill of Quantities and Description, duly completed, dated, and signed; - the Schedule of Unit Prices, duly completed, dated, and signed; 9.
