II. Financial resources for the Subject Contract of US$ 3,207,000. III. Participation as a contractor, joint venture partner, or subcontractor, in at least one (1) contract that have been satisfactorily and substantially completed within the last seven (7) years (2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024) and that are similar to the proposed works, where the value of the Bidders participation under each contract exceeds US$ 22,780,000.
