The Assignment Concerns The Preparation Of De Vliegbase Area Development, Located In Soesterberg, For Construction And Residential Use. Area Development The Air Base Is A New Residential Area With A Size Of Approximately 28 Hectares. A Total Of Approximately 500 Sustainable Homes Will Be Realized (In Phases). The Project Is Considered A Success When The Site Has Been Made Suitable For Construction And Residential Use, The Natural Values Of The Area Have Been Taken Into Account (For Example, There Are At Least 15 Protected Animal Species In The Area) And There Is A Smooth Process (With A Long-Term Collaboration With B.V.
