The “Stress-Care” Project Is A Scientifically Supported Care And Evaluation Project To Promote Resilience And Reduce Psychological Stress In Young People In The 8Th And 9Th Grades Of Secondary Schools. This Call For Tenders Concerns The Digital, Individualized Prevention Measure In The Form Of An Ehealth Application. This Follows An Upstream Digital Assessment And Provides Participants With Individually Assigned Modules Based On Defined Technical Parameters. The Application Has A Modular Structure. Six Modules Are Planned That Address Evidence-Based, Transdiagnostic Strategies For Promoting Psychological Resources (E.G. Problem-Solving Skills, Emotion Regulation, Social Support). The Specific Content Of The Modules Will Be Determined By The Client Or The Scientific Project Team Over The Course Of The Project From January 2026. The Intervention Period Regularly Covers Three Weeks, During Which Participants Work On Selected Modules With A Total Amount Of Around 120 Minutes. The Subject Of This Subject Area Is The Technical Conception, Development, Provision And Operation Of The Ehealth Application Stress-Care Based On The Ux/Ui Design And The Clients Technical Specifications. The Contractor Provides All Services Required For The Contractual Use.
