A – The Offer Does Not Meet The Previously Announced Conditions Of The Order. The Specified Quantities Are Indicative And Do Not Give Rise To Obligations For Mbal - Mezdra Eood To Purchase Them In The Estimated Volume, Since It Is Possible That A Need May Arise For The Delivery Of One Type Above The Specified Quantities In The Technical Specification At The Expense Of Another Type, Without Changing The Maximum Allowable, Total Value Of The Contract. The Actual Execution Of The Public Contract Is Tied To The Admission Of Patients And The Prognosis Of The Medical Institution For The Period Of The Contract. On The Basis Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop, The Contracting Authority Will Award The Individual Items From 10 To 19 In The Order Valid For The Individual Estimated Value Of Each Of Them, As The Total Estimated Value Of The Individual Items Awarded In This Way, Amounting To €8,044.17 Without Vat, Does Not Exceed 20 Percent Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Order. The Specific Positions From 10 To 19 Are Not Included In The Subject Of This Public Procurement. In These Cases, Regardless Of The Residual Value Of The Order In The Amount Of €54,440.58 Excluding Vat, It Is Awarded According To The Procedure Applicable To The Total Estimated Value Of The Entire Order, Namely Through A Public Competition According To The Order Of Art. 18, Para. 1, Item 12 Of The Zop.
