Development Of A Final Draft Of A General Development Plan, Together With Rules And Regulations For The Implementation Of The Oupo And Development Of A Final Version Of The Environmental Assessment And Compatibility Assessment (If Necessary). The Scope Of The General Development Plan Of The Municipality Of Tvarditsa (Oupo), The Subject Of This Public Procurement, Includes The Entire Territory Of The Municipality - Individual Settlements Together With Their Lands, For An Estimated Period Of 20 Years. The General Development Plan Of The Municipality Of Tvarditsa Should Be Prepared In Compliance With The Approved Terms Of Reference Under Art. 125 Of The Zut For The Development Of A General Development Plan Of The Municipality Of Tvarditsa. The Public Procurement Should Be Performed Under The Conditions Described In The Present Guidelines, Technical Specification, Assignment For The Development Of The General Development Plan Of The Municipality Of Tvarditsa And Draft Contract, An Integral Part Of The Documentation For Participation In The Procedure.
