The Subject Of Insurance Under This Order Covers: - Movable Property Insurance, Namely 61 (Sixty-One) Number Of Cars From The Mrrb Fleet With Civil Liability, Accident To Persons In Motor Vehicles And Auto Casco For Motor Vehicles (Movs), According To A List Constituting Appendix No. 1 To The Technical Specification; - Insurance Of The Properties Provided For The Management Of Mrrb, Namely: Property Of 42 (Forty-Two) Number Of Properties - Public And Private State Property, Described In Attached Lists Constituting Annexes No. 2.1 And 2.2 To The Technical Specification. The Current Public Procurement Is Imposed In View Of The Need To Ensure Insurance Protection Of The Interests Of The Ministry Of Public Works And Transport.
