Activities Include But Are Not Limited To: Construction Site Preparation And Dismantling Works; Repair And Restoration Of Flooring, Including Treatment Of The Base And Laying Of New Flooring; Wall Repair - Filling Cracks And Irregularities, Plastering, Plastering And Painting; Ceiling Repair - Plastering, Plastering And Painting; Replacement Of Lighting Fixtures With Energy-Efficient Led Lighting Fixtures; Accompanying Construction And Installation Works Necessary For The Complete And High-Quality Execution Of The Repair; Cleaning Of The Construction Site And Removal Of Waste. The Construction And Repair Activities Constitute Ongoing Repair Within The Meaning Of The Territorial Planning Act, For Which No Building Permit Is Required. The Execution Of The Order Should Be Carried Out In Strict Compliance With The Current Regulations, Technical Requirements, Quality Standards, As Well As The Requirements For Healthy And Safe Working Conditions And Environmental Protection.
