Work Detail
The project comprises repair and renovation of existing infrastructure including main buildings, warehouses, and guard room. Scope includes civil works, plastering, flooring, painting, roof treatment, plumbing and drainage works, electrical repairs, and miscellaneous allied works as per approved drawings, BOQ, and specifications. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary for completion of the works within the stipulated time.
