In The Initial General Technical Specification For A Dynamic Purchasing System Attached To The Documentation, The Necessary Reagents And Consumables And Their Quantities Are Specified According To The Judgment Of The Contracting Authority At The Time Of Creation Of The Dsp. These Quantities Are Estimated And Do Not Oblige The Employer To Assign Them In Full. The Specification May Be Changed During The Course Of The Spd, Including Adding New Reagents And Consumables And/Or Changing Their Quantities. The Specification Can Be Amended And Supplemented In The Course Of The Conducted Limited Procedures Within The Framework Of The Current Dsp. The Term Of The Present Dsp Is 36 Months. The Dynamic Purchasing System Is Open Throughout Its Lifetime To Any Candidate Who Meets The Selection Criteria. Access And Participation In It Are Free And Free For All Interested Parties.
