Estimated Quantities: - A95h Gasoline - 14,700 (Fourteen Thousand Seven Hundred) Liters (+/-20%); - Diesel Fuel – 56,700 (Fifty Six Thousand Seven Hundred) Liters (+/-20%); - Propane - Butane Gas - 5000 (Five Thousand) Liters (+/- 20%); - Additive Adblue – 120 (One Hundred And Twenty) Liters (+/- 20%); The Quantities Are Estimated And Are Based On Consumption For The Past Period, And The Final Buyer Will Use Them According To His Needs, And The Final Seller Accepts That There Will Be No Claims In The Event That The Volume Of Quantities Is Not Fully Fulfilled. The Cars Of The Activities Of The Municipality Of Batak, Its Divisions And The Secondary Allocators Of Budget Funds Will Be Filled With Fuel: Municipal Administration - Town Of Batak, Town Hall Of Nova Mahala, Town Hall Of Fotinovo Village, Dplui And Tsnst - Town Of Batak, As Well As Equipment, Owned And At The Disposal Of The Municipality Of Batak, With Which Various Types Of Activities Are Carried Out. For The Duration Of The Contract, The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Make Changes To The List Of Issued Cards, In Case Of Expropriation Or Scrapping Of Motor Vehicles Or Equipment, Respectively Acquisition Of New Ones, As Well As To Replace Lost Cards Free Of Charge. New Cards Are Issued Within Three Working Days From The Submission Of An Application For Their Issuance. Electronic Cards Should Be Issued Free Of Charge, With The Assignor Not Having To Pay Monthly Fees For Servicing The Cards And Fees For Transactions And Purchases. The Contractor Should Foresee And Comply With These Conditions In His Price Proposal. The Contracting Authority Will Provide The Contractor With Whom It Has Entered Into A Contract For The Supply Of Fuels, A List Of The Cars With The Right To Charge, With Their Registration Numbers, Make And Model Of Motor Vehicle, Type Of Fuel And Any Other Information Necessary For Issuing An Electronic Card To Each Motor Vehicle.
