The Present Public Procurement Is Divided Into The Following Separate Positions: Separate Position No. 1 - Exercising Construction Supervision During The Implementation Of Reconstruction And Major Repair Of The Street And Road Network On The Territory Of The Village Of Slivovik, Municipality Of Medkovets; Separate Position No. 2 - Exercising Construction Supervision During The Implementation Of Street Network Rehabilitation On The Territory Of Medkovets Village, Medkovets Municipality. Scope And Description Of The Specific Activities Included In The Subject Of The Public Procurement: The Scope Of The Order Includes Construction Supervision Activities Within The Meaning Of Art. 166, Para. 1 Of The Law On Territorial Planning (Zut), And For Their Implementation The Following Scope Of Activities Applicable To Separate Position No. 1 And Separate Position No. 2 Should Be Carried Out, Namely: Implementation Of Construction Supervision Services During The Construction Of The Object, According To Art. 166, Para. 1, Item 1 And Item 2 And Art. 168 Of The Zut In Volume And Scope According To The Requirements Of The Zut And The Corresponding By-Laws, Incl. Implementation Of Control Regarding The Completeness And Correct Compilation Of Acts And Protocols During Construction, According To Ordinance No. 3/2003 On The Compilation Of Acts And Protocols During Construction. Fulfillment Of The Functions Of The Safety And Health Coordinator, According To Ordinance No. 2 Of 22.03.2004 On The Minimum Requirements For Health And Safety At Work During Construction And Assembly Works; Carrying Out Control Over The Conformity Of The Materials And Products Used, Incl. Carries Out Checks For Compliance Of: The Technical Indicators Of The Delivered Construction Products With The Data In The Quality Documents Presented By The Builder, With The Technical Indicators Laid Down In The Investment Project, As Well As With The Approved Detailed Bill Of Quantities; Preparation Of A Final Report To The Contracting Authority, According To Art. 168, Para. 6 Of The Zut; Preparation Of A Technical Passport According To Art. 176A Of The Zut And Ordinance No. 5 Of 28.12.2006 On The Technical Passports For The Constructions. The Constructions Under Separate Item No. 1 And Separate Item No. 2 Are The Fourth Category, According To Art. 137, Para. 1, Item 4, Letter E Of The Zut And Are Part Of The Municipal Street Network Of The Municipality Of Medkovets.
