Cargo Handling And Storage Services – Railport Hafen Emmelsum Tender Procedure. 1. The Concession Will Be Granted As Part Of A Leasehold Agreement. The Area Available For The Construction And Operation Of The Railport Is Approximately 4.6 Hectares. The Specific Space Requirements And Thus The Specific Dimensions Of The Future Concession Property As Well As The Route Of The Railway Infrastructure On It Must Be Determined As Part Of The Negotiations. The (Then) Concessionaire Should Be Able To Apply For Or Receive Funding From Public Funds For The Implementation Of The Measure (If Necessary). The Specific Contract Design Will Therefore Depend On, Among Other Things, Be Based On The Requirements Of The Relevant Funding Conditions. Against This Background, The Term Of The Concession Will Cover At Least The Corresponding Funding Period In The Event Of An Application For Grants. 2. The Port Of Emmelsum Must Maintain The Character Of A Public Port As Part Of The Implementation Of The Concession. In Particular, Appropriate Repayments Of The Loans Secured By The Land Charges (For The Construction Of Buildings And Facilities) Are Mandatory. Resale To Closed Funds Or Similar With A Shorter Term Than The Leasehold Contract Is Excluded. 5. Deltaport Sets Minimum Requirements For The Planned Settlement Concept, Compliance With Which The Bidder Must Already Prove As Part Of The Application For Participation.
