A Device Using X-Ray Transmission (Dual Energy) For Precise Fraction Separation In Terms Of Density. 2. Type Of Separator - Xrt Type X-Ray Separator Using X-Rays 3. Minimum Width Of The Conveyor Belt - 1200 Mm. 4. Minimum Scope Of Equipment: A) X-Ray Source And Generator With Cooling Device B) X-Ray Sensor C) Radiation Area Shield With Radiation Protection Cabin; D) Frames For The Device With An Exhaust Module And Separation Chamber E) Control Cabinet With A Local Operating Unit And Electronics; F) Valve Strip; G) Pneumatic Equipment; H) Operating Software; I) Preparation For The Dust Extraction Installation J) Wiring Set 5. Connected Power Not More Than 20 Kw. Basic Requirements Below Are The Basic Requirements Specified In Relation To The Subject Of The Order And The Bidder, The Inability Of Which To Be Met By The Bidder Results In A Negative Assessment And Rejection Of The Offer: 1. The Subject Of The Offer Must Relate To And Be Consistent With The Subject Of The Order Described In Chapter Ii And Must Take Into Account The Specifications Contained In Chapter Iii Of This Inquiry. 2. Achieving The Assumed Technological Parameters Of The Processing Process: A) Minimum Efficiency Depending On The Size Of The Processing Material: • For Material With A Size Of 10-30 Mm: Min. 4.5 T/H; • For Material Size 30-120 Mm: Min. 8 T/H. 3. The Above-Mentioned Functionalities And Parameters Specified In Chapter Iii Will Have To Be Confirmed In A Technological Test. Only A Positive Result Of The Technological Test Will Be The Basis For Accepting The Device As Part Of The Final Acceptance. The Technological Test Will Be Conducted For A Period Of At Least 4 Hours Of Continuous Operation, Assuming The Processing Material Specified In Chapter Ii, Point 5. The Input For The Test Will Be Provided By The Ordering Party. The Technological Test Will Be Carried Out After Assembling The Device And Carrying Out Technical Commissioning. 4. Minimum Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Order - 24 Months Or 4,000 Hours Of Work, Whichever Comes First. The Warranty Period Will Be Counted From The Date Of The Final Acceptance Report Of The Subject Of The Order. 5. Minimum Requirements For Warranty Service: A) Handling The Request In Polish; B) Taking Service Actions - Immediately After Reporting; C) Maximum Time For Service Arrival If The Failure Cannot Be Repaired Remotely - 48 Hours. 6. Providing Post-Warranty Service. 7. Maximum Contract Implementation Period - 8 Weeks From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. 8.
