The Tenderer (Hereafter: Ak) Within The Scope Of The Relevant Dbr Wishes To Procure (Purchase) The Following Products, Among Others, But Not Exclusively: Track Flange Lubricating Greases Track Flange Lubricating Oils Track Flange Lubricants Rail Lubricating Oils Lithium-Based Lubricating Greases Lithium-Based Bearing Grease Calcium-Based Lubricating Grease Drive Gear Greases Heat-Resistant Lubricating Greases Angular Gear Grease Lubricating Greases Heat-Resistant Cartridge Grease Adhesive Lubricant Estimated Value: Cxliii Of 2015 On Public Procurement. Act (Hereinafter: Kbt.) § 18, Paragraph (2), The Estimated Highest Total Value Of The Contracts To Be Concluded During The Entire Duration Of The Dbr, I.E. Huf 410,800,230 Net. Ak Draws Attention To The Fact That The Creation Of The Dbr Does Not Mean For Ak A Full Drawdown/Utilization Obligation For This Total Value. Quantity: Due To The Different Nature Of The Products, The Number Of Products To Be Procured Under The Dbr Cannot Be Precisely Determined In Advance At This Stage Of The Procedure. Based On The Experience Of The Previous Period, The Calculated Quantity For This Estimated Highest Total Net Value Is Approximately 25 Different Products (15 Liters, 80,568 Kilograms And 1,905 Pieces). The Quantity Actually Purchased May Differ From This Calculated/Approximate Data. The Quantities Of The Individual Products, The Expected Technical Parameters And The Detailed Contractual Conditions Are Determined In The Bidding Phase(S) Following The Closing Of The Participation Phase, During Which Ak, If Necessary, Determines The Value Of The Specific Public Procurement By Specifying The Part That Is Not Affected By The Call Obligation. The Expected Maximum Size Of Certain Framework Sales Contracts And/Or Escrow Warehouse Contracts To Be Awarded Within The Framework Of The Dbr Is Huf 68,412,592 Net (Frame Sum). Ak Of The Kbt. On The Basis Of § 107, Paragraph (2), It Reserves The Possibility To Define The Option(S) Of Partial Tendering In The Call For Tenders In The Case Of Specific Public Procurement(S) To Be Carried Out Within The Framework Of The Dbr - Depending On The Specific Procurement Demand(S). Ak Operates The Dbr In The Electronic Public Procurement System (Ekr) As An Electronic Process, Where All Communication Between Ak And Bidders (Ats) Takes Place Electronically. During Its Entire Duration, The Dbr Can Be Joined By Any Economic Operator (Gsz) Who Meets The Eligibility Condition(S) Determined By The Ak. All Applicants For Joint Participation (Hereinafter: Rj) Who Meet The Eligibility Condition(S) Will Be Admitted To The Dbr (Provided That, In View Of The Prescribed Reasons For Exclusion, According To The Provisions Of The Civil Code, The Given Rj Does Not Have To Be Excluded From The Procedure). The Number Of Rjs To Be Invited To Tender Is Not Limited, So Ak Invites All Rjs Admitted To The Dbr To Submit A Bid In Order To Implement Individual Public Procurements.
