The Section Is Part Of A 440 Km Long Issyk-Kul Lake Ring-Road Programme, Which Is A Priority Project For The Kyrgyz Government And Is Supported By A Number Of Ifis, Including Saudi Development Fund, Kuwait Fund For Arab Economic Development, Abu-Dhabi Fund For Development, Opec Fund For International Development And Islamic Development Bank. In Addition, Asian Development Bank Is Requested To Finance The Karakol-Barskoon Section.
