Other Community, Social And Personal Services – Concession For Street Furniture. This Concession Consists Of The Supply, Installation, Maintenance And Operation Of: • Bus Shelter Infrastructure; • City Planning Boards (Divided Into Traditional Models With Posters On The One Hand And Digital Variants At Specific Locations On The Other); • Billboards For Posters. Hereinafter Referred To As Street Furniture, On The Public Domain Of The City Of Bruges. Within The Guidelines Of These Concession Guidelines, The Concession Holder Obtains The Exclusive Exploitation Right, And Therefore Also The Exploitation Risk, Of This Street Furniture On The Bruges Territory. The Concessionaire Itself Provides For The Installation, Maintenance And Repair Of This Street Furniture. The Concessionaire Cannot Use The Street Furniture That The Contracting Authority Currently Owns. During The Duration Of The Concession, The Concessionaire Adjusts The Number And Locations Of Street Furniture On The Orders Of The Contracting Authority. The Street Furniture To Be Installed Does Not Necessarily Have To Be New, Provided That The Concession Holder Can Objectively Demonstrate And Substantiate That The Street Furniture Meets All Necessary Standards And Quality Requirements. During The Entire Term Of The Concession, The Concession Holder Is Also Responsible For The Necessary Removals Of Street Furniture Within A Reasonable Period If The Contracting Authority So Orders (E.G. At The End Of The Concession, During The Execution Of Works, During Revisions Of Services At De Lijn, Etc.).
