The Subject Of The Order Is: Expansion Of The Hospitals Radiological System With Tools Using Ai And Pui Integration, A Digital Image Data Bunker And An Llm System For Voice Recognition And Filling Out Medical Documents. 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Expansion Of The Existing Pacs/Ris System With The Following Modules And Functionalities: 1) Upgrade Of The Existing Ris/Pacs System To The Extent Necessary For Integration With Pui Along With The Implementation Of New Functionalities, 2) Extension Of The System With A System For Describing Radiological Examinations Supported By Llm Along With Granting A Temporary License For The Transcription Of Examination Descriptions For 36 Months (Min. 20,000 Examinations Per Year); 3) Extension Of The System With Mechanisms For Making Backup Copies Of Diagnostic Tests (Digital Image Data Bunker); 4) Extension Of Pacs/Ris Integration With Connection To The Intelligent Services Platform (Pui) In Hl7 / Fhir Standards; 5) Implementation On The Hardware Infrastructure Provided By The Ordering Party; 6) Staff Training; 7) 36-Month Warranty And Support For Integration With The Pui System And Changes Introduced To It In The System. The Contractor Undertakes To Implement The Subject Matter Of The Agreement While Respecting The Principle Of Doing No Serious Damage (Dnsh - Do No Significant Harm) Within The Meaning Of Art. 17 Regulation (Eu) 2020/852 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council. In Particular, As Part Of The Contractual Remuneration, The Contractor Guarantees That The Delivered Software And The Method Of Its Implementation: 1) Minimize Energy Consumption: The Code Architecture Is Optimized For Performance, Limiting The Consumption Of Server Resources. 2) They Support The Paperless Model: The Systems Functionalities Support The Process Of Digitization Of Medical Records, Contributing To The Reduction Of Paper And Toner Consumption In The Ordering Partys Facility. 3) They Protect The Life Cycle Of The Equipment: The Hardware Requirements Of The New Version Of The Software Do Not Force The Ordering Party To Replace The Technically Efficient Computer Infrastructure (Workstations) That Met The Requirements Of The Previous Version Of The System. The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractor Applying For The Contract Meets The Requirements In Terms Of Accessibility And Equality, I.E.: 1) Equal Treatment And Non-Discrimination A) The Offered System Must Be Designed And Implemented In Accordance With The Principle Of Equal Treatment Of Users, In Particular Without Discrimination On The Basis Of Gender, Age, Disability, Race, Religion Or Belief.
