The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Supply Of Electricity - Delivery With Distribution Service - In The Period From July 1, 2026. Until December 31, 2027 - Up To 17 Consumption Points (Ppe), Described In Detail In Annex 1 To The Swz (Ppe List), With An Estimated Volume Of 440,050 Kwh. 2. The Above Data Is Indicative. The Amount Of Electricity Was Estimated On The Basis Of Historical Data On Electricity Consumption And Taking Into Account The Actions Taken By The Ordering Party Referred To In Art. 37 Of The Act Of October 7, 2022 On Special Solutions To Protect Electricity Consumers In 2023 And 2024 In Connection With The Situation On The Electricity Market, Taking Into Account Electricity Generated In Micro-Installations And Used By Prosumers (Estimated Auto-Consumption). The Contractor Should Take Into Account Possible Fluctuations In Electricity Consumption. Reducing Or Increasing The Amount Of Electricity Does Not Entail Any Consequences For The Ordering Party (Customers), Apart From The Need To Pay For The Actually Consumed Amount Of Energy And Transmission Services In Accordance With The Applicable Dso Tariff. The Indicated Estimated Amount Of Energy Is The Amount That The Ordering Party Intends To Purchase And Does Not Include Energy Produced On Its Own And Consumed As Part Of Self-Consumption Or Taken From The Dso Network With A Discount. 3. The Proceedings Covered Ppe With Photovoltaic Panels Installed. 4. Prosument - Net-Metering System Settlements (Items 1-15 Of Annex No. 1 To The Swz) 5. Prosument - Net-Billing System Settlements (Items 16 And 17 Of Annex No. 1 To The Swz) 6. The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Inform The Contractor About Changes Affecting The Method Of Settlements, In Particular About The Loss Of The Prosumer Status, Changes In The Total Installed Electrical Power Micro-Installation, Type Of Energy Source In The Micro-Installation, Permanent Disconnection Of The Micro-Installation From The Dso Network, Within 14 Days From The Date Of Change. 7. Due To The Specific Nature Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contracting Authority Will Use One Criterion To Evaluate The Offers - Price. 8. Quality Standards. The Ordering Party Informs That The Quality Standards Of Electricity Supply And The Provision Of Distribution Services Relating To All Significant Features Of The Subject Of The Order Describe And Regulate: 1) Electricity Quality Standards Are Described In The European Parliament Act And In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of March 22, 2023 On Detailed Conditions For The Operation Of The Power System (As Amended). The Rules For Shaping And Calculating Tariffs And Settlements In Electricity Trade Are Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of November 29, 2022. (As Amended). 2) Standards Regarding The Distribution Of Electricity Are Included In The Operators Tariff. 9. Details Regarding Electricity Consumption In Individual Ppes, Res Installation Power, And Installation Connection Dates Are Described In Annex No. 1
