The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Conclusion Of The Framework Agreement Regulating The Conditions Regarding The Awarding Of Partial Public Contracts For The Provision Of Services In The Field Of External Communication To The Upcoming Vltava Philharmonic Through Marketing, Public Relations And Public Affairs Activities And Tools. A More Detailed Specification Of Performance Is Given In The Draft Framework Agreement, Which Forms Annex No. 1 Of The Procurement Documentation (Hereinafter Referred To As The Binding Draft Framework Agreement). Awarding Partial Public Contracts During The Period Of Validity And Effectiveness Of The Framework Agreement, The Contracting Authority Will Send (By Email To The Contact Address Specified In The Framework Agreement) Written Invitations (Orders) To The Selected Supplier. Each Written Request Will Contain All The Necessary Information About The Required Performance, In Particular The Place Of Performance, A Description Of The Content Of The Partial Performance (The Subject Of A Partial Public Contract), The Date Of The Partial Performance, The Price Of The Partial Performance (If The Nature Of The Partial Performance Allows) And The Deadline For Accepting The Order. The Sample Of The Written Request According To The Previous Sentence Forms Annex No. 6 Of The Binding Sample Of The Framework Agreement. The Supplier Will Be Obliged To Confirm Each Order Electronically (Email) Immediately, But No Later Than Within 2 Working Days. By Confirming The Order, Individual Sub-Contracts Will Be Created, Which Are Governed By The Terms Of The Framework Agreement. Taking Into Account The Principles Of Responsible Public Procurement When Preparing The Tender Conditions, The Contracting Authority Comprehensively Assessed The Possibility Of Applying The Individual Principles Of Responsible Public Procurement Regulated In § 6, Paragraph 4 Of The Zzvz, While Taking Into Account The Subject Of The Framework Agreement, It Assessed The Possible And Appropriate Application Of The Following Provisions In Relation To Its Subject: • Working Conditions Of Employees And The Related Compliance With All Legal Regulations, Especially Labor Law (Article Vii, Paragraph 19 Of The Framework Agreement Agreement), • Small And Medium-Sized Entrepreneurs In The Position Of Subcontractors (Article Vii, Paragraph 18 Of The Framework Agreement), • Principles In The Field Of Environmental Protection (Waste Sorting And Sustainable Consumption And Production (Article Vii, Paragraph 20 Of The Framework Agreement). The Contracting Authority Will Require The Selected Supplier To Ensure Compliance With The Above-Mentioned Contractual Conditions In Connection With The Implementation Of The Framework Agreement And The Performance Of Public Contracts Awarded On Its Basis, In Particular The Proper And Timely Fulfillment Of Financial Obligations Towards All Participants In The Supply Chain Participating In The Performance Of The Public Contract And The Principles Of Environmental Protection. The Above-Mentioned Principles Are Enshrined In The Framework Agreement.
