Krokowa, Poviat Pucki. As Part Of The Study, All Consents And Permits Necessary To Implement The Investment Consisting In The Construction Of A New Pump Station Must Be Obtained. It Is Assumed That Flood Protection Must Be Provided Throughout The Duration Of The Works. Other Methods Of Solving The Problem Of Pumping Water During The Investment Are Allowed, Proposed By The Contractor And Approved By The Ordering Party. The Aim Of The Investment Is To Improve Flood Protection In The Wierzchucińskie Błota Polder With An Area Of ​​1,209 Ha. The Administrative Process Should Be Conducted In Accordance With The Act Of July 8, 2010 On Specific Rules For Preparing Investments In The Field Of Flood Protection Structures (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 104, As Amended).
