The Johannes School Is A 5- To 6-Class Community Primary School In The Königsdorf District Of Frechen. The School Has A Single-Field Sports Hall, Which Is Being Demolished Due To Structural Defects And Is To Be Replaced By A New Two-Field Sports Hall. This Tender Is Looking For A Contractor For Building Property Planning, Interior Property Planning And Outdoor Area Planning For The New Sports Hall. The Contract Includes Basic And Special Services In Service Phases 1-9 In Accordance With Section 34 And Section 39 Hoai. As Part Of The Service, A Functional Service Description Must Be Developed, On The Basis Of Which A General Contractor Is To Be Tendered For The Implementation Of The Construction Project.
