To This End, The Paul Meurice Central Kitchen (Ucp) And The Various Offices Of The Caisse Des Écoles Are Equipped With Specific Refrigeration Equipment Essential For The Conservation And Safety Of Foodstuffs. The Maintenance Of All Of This Equipment And Materials Requires Preventive Maintenance Operations In Order To Maintain Their Level Of Performance And Reduce The Risk Of Breakdown, As Well As Curative Maintenance Interventions In Order To Ensure Their Rapid Repair In The Event Of A Malfunction.
