The Subject Of The Order Is Purchase Of A Heavy Rescue And Fire-Fighting Vehicle With A 4X4 Drive Along With Equipment For The Volunteer Fire Department In Dygów. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Brand New Heavy-Class Rescue And Fire-Fighting Vehicle (Year Of Production At Least 2026), Intended To Conduct Rescue And Fire-Fighting Operations, Including Special Operations, In Accordance With Applicable National Regulations And The Pn-En 1846-1 And Pn-En 1846-2 Standards. The Vehicle Must Be Manufactured, Equipped And Approved For Use As An Emergency Vehicle, In Accordance With The Road Traffic Act And The Regulation Of The Ministry Of Interior And Administration Regarding Products Used To Ensure Public Safety. The Ordered Car Should Have A 4×4 Chassis And A Diesel Engine With A Power Of Min. 309 Kw And Min. Torque 1,900 Nm, Meeting Euro 6 Exhaust Emission Standards. The Actual Weight Of The Vehicle Ready For Action Cannot Exceed 26,000 Kg. The Cabin With A 1+1+4 Seating Arrangement Must Be Equipped With Security Systems, Air Conditioning, Independent Heating, A Mobile Radio With The Mswia Antenna Installation, A Tablet To Operate The E-Remiza System, Odo Camera Holders And A Cabin Cabinet With A Power Supply For Charging The Equipment. The Car Is To Be Equipped With A Set Of Light And Sound Signals For An Emergency Vehicle, Including: A Low-Profile Led Beam, Front Warning Lamps, Additional Blue Lamps On The Fairings, Side Lamps, A Rear Light Wave And Reversing Signals. The Vehicle Is Also Required To Be Equipped With A Reversing Camera, An Additional Loudspeaker And Microphone In The Pump Compartment, As Well As A Full Set Of Indicators And Signals In The Drivers Cabin. The Fire-Fighting Structure Must Be Made Of Corrosion-Resistant Materials (Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Composites), Have At Least Three Compartments On Each Side And One At The Rear (3+3+1 Arrangement) And A Roof Made As A Working Platform With An Anti-Slip Surface. The Lockers Should Be Closed With Aluminum Blinds, Equipped With Led Lighting, Work Platforms, Drainage And Elements Facilitating Ergonomic Arrangement Of Equipment, Including Drawers, Adjustable Shelves, Revolving Shelves And Pull-Out Trays. The Car Must Have A Water Tank With A Capacity Of Min. 5000 L (Composite, With Breakwaters) And A Foam Concentrate Tank With A Capacity Of Min. 10% Of The Water Tank. The Water And Foam System Should Enable Full Drainage And Be Protected Against Freezing. The Dual-Range Pump Must Have A Capacity Of Min. 3300 L/Min At 0.8 Mpa And Min. 370 L/Min At 4 Mpa At High Pressure, With Automatic Pressure Stabilization And A Set Of Control And Control Devices. What Is Required Is The Ability To Fill The Water Tank From A Hydrant, A Foam Dispenser (3% And 6%) And High Resistance Of The System To The Effects Of Foam Concentrates.
