What Is Required Is A Biplanar Angiography System For Interventional Neuroradiology. The System To Be Offered Must Meet The Following Minimum Requirements. General Minimum Requirements: - The System Offered Is A Biplanar Angiography System Suitable For Interventional Neuroradiological Procedures. - New And New Used Systems/Refurbished Or Factory-Refurbished Systems Are Permitted, Provided They Meet The Following Requirements. - A Comprehensible Refurbishment Concept Must Be Presented For Used/Refurbished Systems. This Must Contain At Least Information On The Origin, Initial Commissioning, Extent Of Refurbishment, Main Components Replaced, Quality Process, Hygiene Approval, Safety Check, Current Software And Operating System Status As Well As Remaining Manufacturer Or Spare Parts Support. - The System Offered Must Comply With The Relevant Requirements Of Medical Device Law, Radiation Protection Law And The Relevant Safety, Emc And Occupational Safety Regulations In Germany. - A Legitimate Ce Marking Or A Legally Permissible Conformity Situation For The Configuration Offered Must Be Proven For All System Components Offered. - The System Must Have A Current, Supportable Software Version And A Current, Supportable Operating System Upon Acceptance. - The Bidder Must Guarantee A Minimum Liability For Material Defects Of 12 Months From Acceptance. - The Supply Of Spare Parts Must Be Guaranteed For At Least 10 Years From Acceptance. - Operating, Service And User Documentation Must Be Provided In German. - The Complete Scope Of Delivery And Services, Including All Components Required For Intended Operation, Must Be Listed Transparently. Tripod System: - The System Is Designed As A Biplanar Configuration With Two Image Planes That Can Be Used Simultaneously. - The Tripod System Must Be Ceiling And/Or Floor Mounted Or Designed In A Technically Equivalent Manner And Must Enable Motorized, Free And Reproducible Positioning. - There Must Be Work And Parking Positions That Can Be Saved And Accessed. - Collision Protection And Defined Parking Positions To Ensure Patient Transfer, Emergency Access And Anesthesia Access Must Be Provided. - The Geometry Of The System Must Allow Free Access To The Patients Head Area In Routine Clinical Operation. X-Ray Generator System: - Microprocessor-Controlled High-Frequency Generator With Automatic Dose Rate Control For Fluoroscopy And Acquisition. - Generator Output At Least 100 Kw At 100 Kv Or An Equivalent Proof Of Performance Suitable For Biplanar Neurointerventional Applications. - Voltage Range At Least 40 To 125 Kv Or Equivalent. - Support Pulsed Fluoroscopy, Biplanar Acquisition And Roadmap Applications. - Supported Images
