The Purchase Of Souvenirs Intended For Resale For The Veszprém Zoo As Specified In This Call For Proposals And In The Public Procurement Documents, Based On Which The Bidder Wishes To Purchase The Products Specified In The Technical Specification For Resale In The Consumer Market, And The Contracting Party As The Bidder Undertakes, Based On The Framework Contract, To Deliver The Products Specified In The Technical Specification To The Contracting Party As The Contracting Party Based On The Ad Hoc Order As Specified In The Technical Specification And The Framework Contract. The Parties Commit To Cooperation In Which The Winning Bidder Undertakes To Sell The Products It Markets To The Bidder Under The Conditions Stipulated In The Contract. The Successful Tenderer Is Obliged To Deliver The Products Determined By The Order Sent By The Tenderer With A Frequency Of No More Than Twice A Week Within 5 Days. The Total Amount Is Huf 100,000,000 Net, Of Which The Bidder Undertakes To Draw 70%, With The Fact That He Does Not Undertake To Draw The Full Amount Of The Products Indicated In The Price Table. The Applicant Reserves The Right To Place Orders Until The Specified Amount Is Exhausted. The Offered Products (In The Case Of Which This Can Be Interpreted) Must Comply With The European Toy Safety Standard En71 With A Manufacturers Declaration Of Conformity In Hungarian, And For The First Time The Products Are Made Available Free Of Charge Or Free Of Charge, They Must Have A Ce Mark. It Is Considered Equivalent To The Manufacturers Declaration Of Conformity In Hungarian If The Offered Product Complies With The European Toy Safety Standard En71 And Has A Ce Mark. The Successful Bidder Is Also Responsible For The Proper Packaging, Delivery And Unloading Of The Products. The Proposed Net Bid Unit Prices Must Include All Additional Costs Incurred Until The Delivery Of The Products At The Place Of Fulfillment, On Top Of Which The Winning Bidder May Not Charge The Bidder Additional Additional Costs. The Expectations Regarding The Technical Parameters Of The Products Are Contained In The Unpriced Price Table Attached To The Public Procurement Document (Which Is Completed In The Professional, Commercial Offer). In Order To Provide A Sufficiently Precise And Comprehensible Description Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement, The Bidder Refers To The Specific Make, Origin, And Type (Brand) Of Certain Products. In Addition To These Names And Subject Descriptions, The Term Or Equivalent Must Also Be Understood In All Cases. The Tenderer Draws Attention To The Fact That If An Equivalent Product Is Offered, The Tenderer Must Prove The Equivalence In His Offer. The Price List Is A Professional, Commercial Offer, Which Cannot Be Replaced If It Is Missing In Its Entirety. Bids Are Mandatory For All Lines Of The Price Table.
