Tenders are invited for Supply of Security Services for the Years - 2026 2027 / 2028 A complete set of bidding documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the Medical Superintendent, Base Hospital-Pottuvil at the above address between 9.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. from 02.04.2026 until 22.04.2026 and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 3,000.00. The method of payment will be in cash. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security, which shall be in the form included in the Bidding Document, issued in favour of MEDICAL SUPERINTENDENT, BASE HOSPITAL, POTTUVIL for value of Rs: 444,000.00 valid up to 15.07.2026 issued by a commercial bank operating in Sri Lanka approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka as per Clause 10 of Instructions to Bidders. Alternatively, bidder can pay in cash to Shroff of the Pottuvil Base Hospital.
