Architectural Services For Buildings – Procedure With Negotiation - Project Management For The Energy Renovation And Partial Restructuring Of The Collège De Laboissière Villeneuve De Berg. As Part Of Its Energy Renovation Plan For Buildings, The Department Of Ardèche Has Therefore Decided To Undertake A Renovation And Restructuring Operation Concerning All Of The Buildings At The Collège Laboissière In Villeneuve De Berg (Except Building G, The Colleges Gymnasium) To Improve The Thermal, Energy And Technical Performance Of The Building, As Well As The Relocation Of Problematic Rooms In The Basement In Place Of The Former Boarding School. The Operation Will Also Include A “De-Waterproofing And Revegetation Component” Of The College Courtyard. This Consultation Concerns The Project Management Contract For This Energy Renovation And Partial Restructuring Of The Collège Laboissière In Villeneuve De Berg. The Operation Will Take Place On An Occupied Site. The Estimated Cost Of The Work Is Estimated At 4,300,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax. The Contract Includes Optional Installments Defined In The Specifications. The Details Of The Missions Entrusted To The Holder Appear In The Specifications. Services Are Paid By Fixed Prices
