The Subject Of The Order Is To Perform The Function Of Investor Supervision Over The Implementation Of The Investment Task Titled: Modernization, Expansion And Renovation Of The Sewage Treatment Plant In Nowy Targ, Operated By Mzwik Nowy Targ Sp. Z O. O. In The Design And Build (P+B) Formula, As Part Of The Feniks Project Entitled Expansion And Modernization Of The Wastewater Management System In Nowy Targ - Stage Iii (Financing Agreement No. Fenx.01.03-Iw.01-0059/25). 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Scope Of Responsibilities Of The Investors Supervision, Reporting Requirements And Standards Of Service Provision Are Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz, As Well As The Contract Template, Constituting Annex No. 4. The Technical Basis For Construction Works Is The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) - In The P+B Formula It Has A Function Equivalent To The Construction Design And Technical Specifications For Execution And Acceptance Of Works. 3.
