The Two-Story Main Building Of The Gardening School At Trautenauer Str. 40, 10318 Berlin Was Built In 1898 As A Masonry Gardening House And Operated As A Gardening Center Until 1966. From 1968 To 1990 The Property Was Used As A Central School Garden, And From 1990 As A Gardening School In The Lichtenberg District. The Planned Construction Project Involves The Demolition Of The Main Building (Gfa 356.85 M²) And The New Construction Of The Gardening School (Gfa 598.34 M²). As Part Of The Development Of The Requirements Program, The Total Costs Were Examined At €3,290,000. In Preparation For The Construction Project, It Is Planned To Provide The Basic Services Of Lph. 2 To 6 For The Specialist Planning Of Structural Planning According To Hoai 2021.
