The Property B33 To Be Awarded As Part Of This Procedure Is Located In Boitwarder Groden, South Of The Curved Track, Close To The Niedersachsenkai In The Area Of The Central Port Access And In The Immediate Vicinity Of The Central Gate Of The Brake Seaport On Parcel 44/6, Corridor 9 In The Golzwarden District. The Property B33 Is Accessible Via Nordstraße, Which Can Be Used To Reach The Federal Highways B 212 And B 211, Among Others.
