The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of An E-Mail Protection System For The Needs Of Pro-Medica W Ełk Sp. Z O. O. Implemented As Part Of The National Reconstruction And Resilience Plan: Component D Efficiency, Accessibility And Quality Of The Health Care System Investment D1.1.2 Accelerating The Processes Of Digital Transformation Of Health Care Through Further Development Of Digital Services In Health Care. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz) Is Included In Annex No. 4 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 2. The Ordering Party Requires Delivery And Activation Of An Email Protection System License For The Fortimail Email Protection System Owned By The Ordering Party With The Serial Number Fevm01tm23001335. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver And Activate The Above-Mentioned. License For A Period Of 36 Months. The 36-Month License Validity Period Is Counted From The Date Of Its Activation. Delivery And Activation Of The Above-Mentioned License Will Constitute The Basis For Signing The Acceptance Report Of The Subject Of This Order, Provided That The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver And Activate The Postal Security System License Within 7 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract Resulting From The Resolution Of The Public Procurement Procedure In Question. The Delivered And Activated Email Protection System License Should Have A 36-Month Manufacturers Warranty And Thus Be Covered By The Manufacturers Service, Authorizing Software Updates And Technical Support 24X7 (24 Hours A Day, 7 Days A Week For A 36-Month Warranty Period). 3. The 36-Month Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Order Begins On The Day The Ordering Party And The Contractor Sign The Acceptance Protocol Confirming The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Order. The Acceptance Protocol Referred To Above Will Be Signed By Both Parties On The Day Of Delivery And Activation Of The Mail Protection System, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Terms Of Reference And Its Annexes. 4. The System Must Be Delivered In The Ownership Model, I.E.
