Architectural, Engineering And Planning Services – Federal Police Department Blumberg - New Building Building 16N_Fachplanung Structural Planning In Accordance With § 49 Hoai. For The Construction Project Of The New Building 16N, Medical Center For The Police Medical Service (Päd), Occupational Health Service (Amd) And Safety Service (Std), The Following Planning Services Must Be Provided In Accordance With The Spatial Program And Approved Requirements Planning: Specialist Planning For The Service Profile Of Structural Planning In Accordance With § 51 Hoai 2021, Basic Services In Service Phases 2 - 6 And Special Services In Accordance With Specific Performance Obligations (Rbbau) Project Parameters Approval Space Requirements: Päd, Amd+Std Usable Area (Nuf) 956.5 M² (According To M13) Gross Floor Area According To Bki (Nufx1.82) 1740 M² Total Area Of Construction Site: Approx. 7300 M² Planned Site Area 16N: Approx. 2800 M² Building Costs: Estimated Total Construction Costs (Ipu) Eur 7,024,000.00 (Gross) Of Which According To Din 276 (2018): Kg 300 Eur 3,643,000.00 (Gross) Kg 400 Eur 1,861,000.00 (Gross) In Accordance With The Release Of The Quality-Assured Initial Project Document (Ipu), As A Binding Description Of The Planning Task (Lph1) For The Project Bima Bpolblu Building 16N, The Final Project Document (Fpu) According To Rbbau E 3 Must Be Created As Part Of Performance Level 1 (Lph 2 - 3). As Part Of Performance Level 1, The Approval Planning (Lph 4) Must Be Developed And Further Performance Levels 2 - 4 (Lph 5, 6 And 8) Must Be Provided. The Building Can Be Built With 1-2 Floors (Without Basement), Taking Into Account The Functional, Constructive, Energetic, Economic And Ecological Aspects. This Must Be Examined And Evaluated As Part Of Lph 2 (Fpu). Furthermore, The Fpu Must Examine To What Extent The Construction As A Modular Building With A High Degree Of Prefabrication Enables Advantages In Reducing Construction Costs And Construction Times For The New Building. The Aim Is To Plan Building 16N Holistically, Which Enables The Integration Of Building 18N (Garage Parking Spaces) To Be Realized Later And Takes Into Account The Optional Expandability Of 16N In Terms Of Design And Functionality As An Overall Solution. The Design Guidelines For The Property Must Be Observed. The New Building Must At Least Meet The Currently Valid Energy Efficiency Standard Of An Energy Efficiency Building Egb 40, In Accordance With The Current Energy Efficiency Regulations For Federal Buildings (Eefb) And The Building Energy Act (Geg). Furthermore, The Appropriate Application Of The Sustainable Building Guidelines (Bnb) Must Be Fulfilled Without Certification (At Least Silver Level) With The Applicable System Variant Bnb Office Building (Bnb Bn 2015). The Necessary Coordination Is Carried Out With The Blb Conformity Testing Body And The Bnb Coordinator Involved. The Assignment Takes Place Gradually And Without Any Legal Right To The Assignment Of All Service Phases Or Performance Goals. The Involvement Of An External Project Manager Is Not Intended. The Planning Must Be Carried Out In Close Cooperation/Coordination With The Blb. The Measure Is Carried Out By The Federal Real Estate Agency (Blma), And The User Is The Federal Police (Bpol).
