The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In The Year-Round Performance Of Services And Construction Works On National Roads Managed By The General Directorate For National Roads And Motorways, Branch In Katowice, Zawiercie District In Ożarowice In The Field Of: Current Road Maintenance (Bud), Winter Road Maintenance (Zud), Current Cleanliness Maintenance At Engineering Facilities (Bum). The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Performance Of Year-Round Works (Specified In The Work Groups), Including Winter And Ongoing Road Maintenance, In Particular: A) From Work Groups 1-9 And 13: - Road Surface Maintenance, - Roadside And Median Maintenance, - Road Body Maintenance, - Drainage Maintenance, - Sidewalk And Bicycle Path Maintenance, - Signage Maintenance, - Maintenance Of Traffic Safety Devices, - Maintenance Of The Aesthetics Of Signs, Traffic Safety Elements And The Road Lane, - Equipment Maintenance Supporting, B) From Work Groups 10A, 10B And 10C - Winter Road Maintenance, C) From Work Group 11 - Contract Management, D) From Work Group 12 - Maintaining Cleanliness At Engineering Facilities. 2. Estimated Value Of The Order Exceeds Eur 20 Million. 3. The Ordering Party Reserves The Obligation For The Contractor To Personally Perform Key Tasks Covered By The Subject Of The Order. The Contractor Is Obliged To Personally Perform The Works Reserved By The Ordering Party.
