Orthopedic Prostheses – Supply Of Shoulder Prostheses (Reverse And Hemi Fracture) Incl. Instruments And Support. Mumc+ Intends To Conclude A Framework Agreement For The Supply Of Shoulder Prostheses For The Treatment Of Shoulder Fractures In Asa 3 Patients. This Concerns Primarily Fracture Reverse Shoulder Arthroplasties (Dominant Volume) And To A Limited Extent Hemi Shoulder Arthroplasties (Incidental; Expected To Be Only A Few Cases Per Year). The Total Number Of Shoulder Fractures Is Estimated At A Maximum Of Approximately 30 - 35 Procedures Per Year. Of Which 30 Reverse Shoulder Prostheses And 5 Hemi Shoulder Prostheses. In Addition To The Implants, The Order Also Includes The Associated (Sterile) Instruments, Any Loan/Exchange Facilities, Logistical Support And Clinical/Technical Support Surrounding The Procedures (E.G. Or Support And Product Training), In Accordance With The Tender Documents. The Intended Term Is 3 Years, With Three Unilateral Option Years Of 1 Year Each (3 + 1 + 1 +1). The Tender Is Aimed At One Supplier/Contracting Party For The Entire Package. Approximately 30 -35 Procedures Per Year, Including 30 Reverse Shoulder Arthroplasties And 5 Hemi Shoulder Arthroplasties.
