Probation Services – Social And Professional Reintegration Services With Support Activities For The Maintenance Of Public Spaces In The City Of Arras. Services Are Paid By Fixed Prices. Social And Professional Reintegration Services With Support Activities For The Maintenance Of Public Spaces In The City Of Arras In Application Of L2113-13 Public Procurement Code, This Contract Is Reserved For Structures Of Integration Through Economic Activity Mentioned In Article L. 5132-4 Of The Labor Code And Equivalent Structures, When They Employ A Minimum Proportion Of 50% Disadvantaged Workers. As Part Of Its Socially Responsible Purchasing Policy, The City Of Arras Wishes To Use Its Public Procurement To Promote The Professional Integration Of People Far From Employment. As Such, The Purpose Of This Public Contract Is To Provide Social And Professional Reintegration Services For People Who Are Permanently Excluded From The Labor Market Or Who Encounter Difficulties Accessing Or Maintaining Employment.
