The Proceedings Are Conducted In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of September 11, 2019, Public Procurement Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1320, As Amended), Hereinafter Referred To As The Public Procurement Law. The Procedure Is Conducted As An Open Tender In Accordance With Art. 132 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Equestrian Equipment Without Division Into Parts. Common Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv) Code: 18910000-1 Saddlery. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Provided In Annexes No. 1, 1.1. And No. 4 To The Swz, I.E.: Offer Form With The Product And Price Specification And Drafted Provisions Of The Contract. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. Justification For The Lack Of Division Into Parts: The Delivery Is Homogeneous, Constitutes A Whole And Cannot Be Divided. Division Of The Subject Of The Contract Could Result In The Inability To Achieve The Purpose Of The Awarded Contract And Contribute To Increasing The Costs Of Implementing The Subject Of The Contract On The Part Of The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Requires The Submission Of An Offer For All Required Service Items Listed In Annex 1.1 To The Swz. Whenever In This Tor The Subject Of The Contract Is Described With An Indication Of Trademarks, Patents Or The Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Provided By A Specific Contractor, If This Could Lead To The Preference Or Elimination Of Certain Contractors Or Products, It Is Assumed That Such Indications Are Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. The Ordering Party, Describing The Subject Of The Order, Based On The Instruction Expressed In Art. 99 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, Indicated The Trademark Or Origin Due To The Specificity Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Impossibility Of Describing It Exhaustively Using Precise And Understandable Terms. By Describing The Subject Of The Order Using Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Delivered Products, The Ordering Party Determines The Quality, Technical And Functional Parameters That The Subject Of The Order Must Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party. Deadline For Completing The Subject Of The Order: Up To 30 Calendar Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract By The Ordering Party.
