Subject Of The Orderthe Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of Construction Works Consisting In The Thermal Modernization Of The Building Of The Pavilion Of The School Complex No. 1 In Świdnica, Located At Ul. Budowlana 7-9 In Świdnica In The Scope Of Installation Of Pv Installations As Part Of The Project Entitled: Green Energy For Świdnica County Co-Financed By The European Funds For Lower Silesia 2021-2027 Program, Priority No. 9 European Funds For The Transformation Of Mining Areas In Lower Silesia Measure No. 9.5 Environmental Transformation 1.1. Construction Works Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Developed Design Documentation. 1.2. Description Of Work: The Works To Be Performed As Part Of The Task Include, Among Others: 1) Installation Of A Photovoltaic Installation With A Capacity Of Min. 11.55 Kwp Consisting Of Photovoltaic Panels On A Supporting Substructure Placed On A Flat Roof, 2) Installation Of The Inverter.3) Installation Of The Rpv Switchgear4) Connecting The Photovoltaic Installation To The Main Board Along With The Installation Of Designed Protections And The Main Switch Of The Pv Installation.5) Construction Of The Lightning Protection Installation Of The Pv Installation.6) Obtaining On Behalf Of The Ordering Party All Notifications, Concluding Appropriate Contracts And Taking All Necessary Actions To Comply With Agreement On Introducing Surplus Produced Energy Into The External Energy Network (Tauron Dystrybucja),7) Notification Of The District Commander Of The State Fire Service In Świdnica On The Implementation Of A Photovoltaic Installation As Above. Under Art. 56 Section 1A Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 725, As Amended). 1.3 The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Specified In The Design Documentation And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Which Constitute An Annex To This Specification And, Together With The Bills Of Quantities, Are Available On The Website Www.Platformazakupowa.Pl/Sp_Swidnica And Under The Name Of The Procedure Available In The Title Swz.W/W, The Works Will Be Performed In An Open Facility. The Contractor Should Anticipate Difficulties In Carrying Out The Work Resulting From User Traffic. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Annexes To This Specification.
