The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Development Of Full Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Necessary For The Implementation Of The Investment, Including: The Architectural And Functional Concept, Construction And Executive Designs For All Industries, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Bills Of Quantities And Investor Cost Estimates, Obtaining All Necessary Decisions, Arrangements And Permits, Including A Building Permit Or Effective Notification, 2) Performance Of All Construction Works Resulting From The Developed And Approved Design Documentation That Is The Subject Of The Order, (Including The Works Listed In Point Iii Of The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order 6.1 To 6.5)3) Participating In The Submission Of An Application For A Permit To Use The Facility On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, Including: Preparation Of As-Built Documentation: As-Built Drawings With Changes Marked In Red; Description Of The Materials And Technologies Used; Actual Dimensions Of The Building And Individual Rooms; Final Architectural And Construction Drawings; Industry Designs (Sanitary, Electrical, Telecommunications) Technical Description And Material Specifications List Of Changes Compared To The Original Design O Post-Construction Geodetic Inventory Along With A Statement On The Energy Certificate 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) For The Task Titled Revitalization Of The Former Junior High School For The Purposes Of Establishing A Shared Services Center In Leśnica, As Part Of The Investment Project Entitled: Reconstruction And Change Of Use Of The Former Junior High School Into The Building Of The Municipal Office In Leśnica.4.
