The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Implementation Of Vertical And Horizontal Markings On Designated Street Sequences In The City Of Białogard In 2026, In Accordance With Detailed Technical Conditions For Road Signs And Signals And Road Traffic Safety Devices And The Conditions For Their Placement On Roads Constituting Annex No. 1-4 To The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of July 3, 2003 On Detailed Technical Conditions For Road Signs And Signals And Road Safety Devices And Conditions For Their Placement. On Roads (Journal Of Laws Of 2019, Item 2311, As Amended) In The Scope Of: - Installation, Replacement, Repair And Maintenance Of Vertical Road Signs Together With Supporting Structures, - Installation, Replacement, Repair And Maintenance Of Road Traffic Safety Devices, - Execution And Renovation Of Thin-Layer And Thick-Layer Chemically Cured Horizontal Markings.2. Additional Requirements: The Contractor Is Obliged To Paint The Horizontal Markings With Certified Paints Intended For This Type Of Work. Required Technical Parameters: Short Drying Time, Good Coverage, Good Visibility Throughout The Day, High Reflectivity Factor, Also In High Humidity Conditions, E.G. The Quantities Of Individual Works Given In The Bill Of Quantities Are Estimated May Change Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party. 4. The Contractor Will Perform The Order On The Basis Of Individual Orders Given By The Ordering Party. Orders For The Performance Of Individual Scopes Of Works Will Be Awarded In Writing For The Entire Duration Of The Contract. 5. The Ordering Party Will Pay The Contractor Only For The Works Actually Ordered And Performed. Fortuitous Events And Civil Liability Throughout The Entire Contract Period For An Amount Equal To Or Higher Than The Contractual Remuneration.
