As An Alternative, In Annex No. 1 To The Functional And Utility Program, The Ordering Party Presents The Scope Of Works To Be Performed (The Description Of The Scope Of Works Is Not An Element Of The Investment Documentation, But Is Only An Informational Summary Of The Works That, In The Ordering Partys Opinion, Should Be Performed). At The Design Stage, The Contractor Agrees On The Project With The Ordering Party. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Subject Of The Order To A High Standard Of Finishing, In Particular Elements Affecting The Final Visual, Aesthetic Or Functional Effect. The Scope Of The Order Does Not Require Obtaining An Occupancy Permit, Only A Building Permit. The Hospital Building Is Not Included In The Provincial Register Of Monuments. However, It Is Disclosed In The Provincial Register Of Monuments And The Municipal Register Of Monuments. The Hospital Area Is Legally Protected Under The Local Development Plan. The Hospital Area Is Located In The Buffer Zone Of The Beskid Mały Landscape Park.3.
