1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Improve The Comfort And Safety Of Pedestrians - Construction And Reconstruction Of Sidewalks At Ul. Zachodnia Investment Implemented Under The Citizens Budget In The Design And Build Formula. The Scope Of The Contract Includes: Stage I - Development Of Design Documentation Prepared On The Basis Of The Functional And Utility Program And Arrangements With The Ordering Party, Along With Obtaining The Necessary Arrangements, Opinions, Decisions And Making Effective Notifications And Administrative Certificates Required By Law, Conditioning The Implementation Of Construction Works And Handing Over The Facility For Use. 1) Stage Ii - Construction Works Regarding The Construction Of A Sidewalk Based On The Design Documentation Prepared By The Contractor.2. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Determined By: 1) Draft Provisions Of The Agreement (Ppu) - Annex No. 3 To The Swz.2) Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) - Annex No. 1 To The Ppu. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order Within 100 Calendar Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract. Exclusion Pursuant To Art. 7 Section 1 Of The Act Of April 13, 2022 On Special Solutions For Counteracting Support For Aggression Against Ukraine And For The Protection Of National Security Takes Place For The Duration Of The Circumstances Specified In Point 5.7 Of The Swz
