Tenders Are Invited For Expansion Of The Building Of Specialist Outpatient Clinics Of The University Clinical Hospital No. 4 In Lublin, In The Design, Build And Equip Formula As Part Of The Implementation Of The University Aos Center Project
1) Carrying Out Design Work Consisting Of: A) Preparing A Full-Discipline Inventory Of The Existing Condition: The Area And The Existing Building In The Scope Of Reconstruction (Connection); B) Preparing A Land Development Project And An Architectural And Construction Project Together With The Arrangements Of A Sanitary And Hygienic Expert, A Fire Protection Expert (Ppoż) And An Occupational Health And Safety Expert (Osh), Along With Obtaining A Permit For Construction;C) Preparation Of Technical Designs And Executive Designs (In All Industries) Along With Cost Estimates, Bills Of Quantities And Stwior;D) Preparation Of A Medical Technology Design, Greenery Design With Small Architecture, Interior Design Design Along With The Visualization Of The Building (Interiors And Facades);2) Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Reconstruction Of The Existing Pre-Insulated Heating Network Located In The Foundation Zone Of The New Facility, Along With Obtaining All Consents And Approvals Along With The Implementation Of The Spacer And Acceptance Of Network Administrators;3) Expansion Of The Building Of Specialist Clinics Along With Obtaining All Decisions Necessary To Issue An Occupancy Permit And Obtaining An Occupancy Permit; 4) Welfare Equipment And Medical Furniture;5) Training Of The Ordering Partys Staff;6) Carrying Out Authors Supervision In The Implementation Of Works Based On The Design Documentation Approved By The Ordering Party;7) Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of A Stationary X-Ray Machine And Training Of At Least 3 Employees Of The Ordering Party8) In The Scope Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Regarding The Supply Of The Device, The Contractor Is Obliged To: A) Unpack, Install And Adjust, And - If Applicable - Scale / Calibration Of Apparatus/Devices/Equipment (Each Element Of The Subject Of The Order); B) Minimum Training Three Employees - In Such A Way That After The Commissioning Is Completed, The Ordering Partys Employees Are Familiar With All Details Of The Operation And Control Process And Can Independently Operate Each Element Of The Subject Of The Order; C) Commissioning And Preparation Of The Delivery Item In Readiness For Use By The Ordering Party. D) The Device Is Brand New, Unused, Non-Demonstration, Not Post-Exhibition, Year Of Production No Earlier Than 2025 Or Newer With A Complete Set Of Connections, Ready For Operation And Does Not Require Additional Purchases Or Investments. E) The Scope Of Delivery Of The Device Includes The Performance Of All Necessary Works By The Contractor (E.G. Connections, Connections, Including Electrical And Hydraulic Connections, Adaptation Works (If Applies)), Necessary For Full Startup Of The Device
