The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of Hotel And Restaurant Services Together With The Stay Of Arimr Employees In The Center, Which May Include, In Particular, The Following Types Of Benefits: Provision Of Accommodation And Meals For Training Participants And The Provision Of Conference Rooms With Equipment And Coffee Service, Carried Out Through The Successive Rental Of The Center, Located In The Łódź Voivodeship Outside The Administrative Borders Of The City Of Łódź, At A Distance Of No More Than 90 Km From The Administrative Borders Of The City Of Łódź.2. As Part Of Task 1, The Ordering Party Envisages The Implementation Of 1 Two-Day Training, On 2 Consecutive Working Days (From Monday To Friday) For The Number Of People Indicated Below: 2.1. Group I – Training For Approx. 15 People, On Any Two Consecutive Working Days. The Ordering Party Informs That It Guarantees The Implementation Of Training For At Least 70% Of The Number Of People, I.E. For Group I At Least 11 People.3. The Ordering Party Requires That The Date Of Training For Group I Does Not Coincide With The Dates Of Training For Groups In Other Tasks, In The Event That The Contractor Is Also Awarded An Order Under Task 2 And/Or Task 3. The Exact Date Of The Training Will Be Agreed Between The Ordering Party And The Contractor In A Document Form Sent To The Contractors E-Mail Address Indicated In The Contract, At Least 7 Days In Advance Before The Planned Start Date Of The Training.
