Due To The Obligatory Nature Of The On-Site Visit, An Offer Submitted Without An On-Site Visit Is Subject To Rejection Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 18 Of The Public Procurement Law. An On-Site Visit Will Be Carried Out At The Ordering Partys Headquarters (Ul. Tarnowska 120, 33-300 Nowy Sącz).4. The Site Visit Will Take Place On April 10, 2026 At 10:00. The Ordering Party Sets An Additional Date For The On-Site Visit, Which Will Take Place On April 14, 2026 At 10:00.5. An On-Site Visit May Only Take Place With The Participation Of A Representative Of The Ordering Party. During The On-Site Visit, The Contractors Representative Performs The Inspection Independently With The Participation Of The Employers Representative.7. The Ordering Party Informs That It Does Not Plan To Meet Contractors To Clarify Doubts Regarding The Content Of The Swz, And During The On-Site Visit It Will Not Provide Answers To Questions Regarding The Content Of The Swz.8. Confirmation Of The On-Site Visit Will Be A Certificate Of The On-Site Visit Signed By Persons Representing The Contractor And The Ordering Party. The Person Representing The Contractor Must Be Authorized To Perform This Activity Based On Registration Documents Or A Power Of Attorney Submitted In The Original Or A Copy Certified To Be A True Copy Of The Original. A Template For Confirming The Completion Of An On-Site Visit Is Annex No. 6 To The Swz. The Certificate Will Be Prepared In Two Identical Copies, One For The Contractor And The Ordering Party (For Verification When Submitting Offers).9. The Contractors Costs Related To Participation In The On-Site Visit Will Be Borne By The Contractor.
