The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Medicines And Psychotropic Substances Divided Into Packages: Package No. I Medicines Common Public Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv): - Package No. I: 33690000-3 A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Delivery Will Be At The Contractors Risk. It Is The Responsibility Of The Person Submitting The Offer To Read The Swz And Annexes, Including The Prepared Draft Contract, And Obtain All Information Necessary For The Proper Preparation Of The Offer. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Variant Offers. The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Partial Offers, But It Is Not Possible To Submit Partial Offers Within A Given Package. Part Of The Order Constitutes An Individual Package As A Whole. Otherwise, The Offer For A Given Package Will Be Rejected.
