The Renovation Works Include: - Removal Of Old Plaster From Walls And Jambs; - Dismantling The Plinth Layer From The Tile Cladding; - Surface Preparation - Priming With A Priming Emulsion; - Execution Of A Reinforced Layer On Walls And Jambs; - Making Mosaic Plaster On The Plinth; - Execution Of Thin-Layer Silicone Facade Plaster On Walls And Jambs; - Painting Balcony Railings, - Dismantling And Reassembling Downspouts; - Securing The Joinery With Foil, - Assembly And Disassembly Of The Scaffolding;2. In Addition, The Material Scope Of The Order Includes: - Organization Of Work Facilities, - Tidying Up The Area After The Work Is Completed, - Costs Of Removal And Storage Of Rubble And Waste In The Landfill, 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Together With The Ordering Partys Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In: 3.1. Bill Of Quantities;3.2. Draft Contract;3.3. Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works;3.4. Documents Listed In Point 3.1. - 3.3. Constitute Attachments To The Swz. 4. Note - Bills Of Quantities Are Of Auxiliary Nature. The Contractor Should Familiarize Himself With The Place Of Performance Of The Works That Are The Subject Of The Order In Order To Obtain The Necessary Information To Prepare The Offer. The Contractors Claims For Incorrect Price Calculation Or Omission Of Elements Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Contract Are Excluded. – The Contractor Prepares An Offer Based On The Attached Documentation Referred To In Section 3.5.
