The Subject Of The Order Includes Investor Supervision Over The Construction Works Specified In The Design Documentation, As Well As Cooperation With The Ordering Party In Order To Effectively Enforce The Execution Of The Above-Mentioned Works From The Contractor, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party, Including The Design Documentation, Using Appropriate Quality Materials And Technologies, Settlement Of The Works Based On The Contractual Costs Of Their Implementation And Completion Of The Works Within The Time Specified In The Contract.
